A shipping mark is a unique label or code placed on your cargo at our China warehouse. It includes your name, contact details, destination, and cargo reference. It ensures your goods are separated from other clients' goods, correctly loaded, and delivered to the right person in Ghana. Without a proper shipping mark, your goods can be mixed up or delayed.
How do I get a shipping mark from Yi Shipping?
Simply request a shipping mark through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. We'll ask for your full name, phone number, location, and type of goods. We'll then create a professional shipping mark and send it to you on WhatsApp — ready for you to forward to your supplier or factory in China.
Is there a fee to create a shipping mark?
Creating a shipping mark is a free service for all Yi Shipping clients. It's part of our commitment to making sure your goods are handled safely and accurately from China to Ghana.
What is mini importation and can Yi Shipping help me?
Mini importation means buying smaller quantities of goods from China and importing them to Ghana for resale. Yi Shipping specialises in helping mini importers — whether you're ordering a few boxes of shoes, electronics, clothing, bags, or accessories. We handle the shipping, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to your door.
What is the minimum quantity I can ship?
There is no strict minimum. We ship for both small and large importers. Whether you have a few cartons or a full container, we have a suitable solution. LCL (Less than Container Load) is ideal for smaller shipments — you share container space with other importers and only pay for what you use.
Can I order products directly through WhatsApp?
Yes! Our shop page allows you to browse available products, add them to your cart, and place your order via WhatsApp. Once you click "Order via WhatsApp", your cart details are automatically formatted and sent to our team on WhatsApp — making the ordering process fast and simple.
Do you have a dedicated system for managing clients?
Yes. Yi Shipping uses a dedicated client management system to keep track of all clients, orders, shipping details, and communication history. This ensures every client gets personalised service and that no order is ever missed or delayed.

By using Yi Shipping's website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Yi Shipping provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, purchasing agent, and door-to-door delivery services primarily from China to Ghana.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on carrier rates, exchange rates, and cargo specifications. We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer, and cash.

3. Cargo Responsibility

Clients are responsible for accurate declaration of goods. Yi Shipping is not liable for customs penalties resulting from misdeclared or prohibited goods.

4. Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather events, port congestion, or force majeure are outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yi Shipping acts as a freight forwarder and is not a common carrier. Our liability is limited to the charges paid for the specific shipment. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all shipments.
